The S&P rode the momentum from earnings beats to close Thursday’s session at a record. Jeff Powell, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Polaris Wealth Advisory Group, says that while big names pushed the indexes up, it was actually a bigger day for value than for growth.
