It’s been decades since the U.S. faced double-digit inflation rates, and years of small, steady increases may have left consumers unprepared for the extended inflationary environment that continues to be ahead as inflation rates rise in the U.S. And we are left to question, if this a temporary phenomenon or a long-lasting one.
